This is a Monday through Friday, full-time position. We are looking for individuals who have the flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am - 7:00pm EST. We offer temporary remote work after completion of training for 3 days on site. Our office is located at 18001 Old Cutler Road, Miami, FL 33157.
Job Summary
The Patient Customer Service Representative role establishes you as the voice for BCA Financial Services, Inc., and our clients. We are looking for goal-oriented, passionate, and motivated individuals to join and support our team as we continue our mission of connecting consumers and business through customer-centric account resolution. You will be tasked with handling phone calls in a call center environment, with no in-person interaction with patients. Your research and analytical skills will shine through as you navigate each call, securing payments, and problem-solving to achieve customer satisfaction and account resolution in a timely manner.

Who we’re looking for:
- A team player with outstanding communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Those that are empathetic to the issues our consumers are facing
- Someone proactive, not afraid to ask probing questions, and able to solve problems
- A people person who likes listening and building rapport
- A detail oriented individual that can gather and document information/data quickly (requires basic computer skills and typing mastery)
- Someone comfortable handling high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls throughout the day in a call center environment
- Candidates who have experience with customer service in a healthcare environment is a plus
