A growing cardiology practice in Santa Monica seeks an experienced, detail-oriented Front Office Patient Care Representative. Practice focus is individualized, contemporary care in a compassionate setting and is integrated with a larger network of cutting-edge researchers and practitioners in the greater Los Angeles area. - Must have strong telephone and organizational skills, be able to multitask and coordinate various aspects of patient administrative care.
- Experience in an outpatient clinical setting required, preferably with cardiology experience or MA training.
- Excellent computer skills needed in this paperless office. 2-3 years of EMR and experience with Epic is strongly desirable.
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills are required.

Duties will include telephone triage, new patient intake online and by phone, scheduling of appointments, collection and posting of co-pays, maintenance of schedule integrity, online interaction with patients via the practice portal, etc.
