POSITION OVERVIEW:

Green Oaks Physical Therapy Practice in Grand Prairie Texas is currently seeking a strong Patient Account Representative that will process all the Medical Billing & Collections.

The perfect candidate will be an energetic multi-tasker that enjoys working independently within a team environment and is experienced performing high volumes of Payment Posting accurately.

DUTIES:

• Post payments daily manually and automatically
• Bill, upload and correct claims in clearinghouse
• Balance and complete daily deposit
• Process Refunds

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have 2+ years of experience in the Medicare Billing and Direct Date Entry exp, Collections, and all aspects of A/R cycle.
• Must be proficient in Word & Excel.
• Previous experience with Medical Manager, Raintree or other medical software highly preferred.
• Must have experience in a medical clinic, heavy medical billing, heavy A/R, collections (from insurance companies & patients), insurance follow-up and coding & verification.
• High School Graduation a must. Some advanced education/certifications highly preferred.

Green Oaks Physical Therapy is an outpatient orthopaedic physical therapy clinic that focuses on the treatment of muscle and joint disorders of the spine and extremities.
