We're looking for someone to join our team as a Lead Patient Access Representative (Clinic) who:

Coordinates the day-to-day activities and management of patient access services in clinical setting, such as pre-registration, registration, admissions, payment collection, and other functions. Assumes responsibility for communication systems within departments. Provides guidance to staff within the latitude of established work area and policies. Works on assignments that are considerably difficult requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Works with sensitive and confidential information, often involving the interpretation of policies and procedures to guide use.

Essential Functions:

  • Obtains all required information for patient admission, such as insurance provider information, financial information, and other information.
  • Coordinates payment collection processes.
  • Maintains communication between departments and adheres to regulations.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

You'll be successful with the following qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
  • Associate's / Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Work Experience:

  • Five years relevant experience: Preferred
