Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, management/supervision of pastry cooks and interns, production and mise en place for service, assisting the chef with new menu development and expediting.

The Pastry Chef will need to have a superior knowledge of the pastry menu and a mastery of pastry techniques as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

A minimum of 3 years experience is required, preferably in French fine dining. A culinary training degree is preferred, but not required.
