Job Position: Parts Clerk
Job Responsibilites: The Parts Clerk performs the issuing and receiving of all parts under the supervision and direction of the Maintenance Manager.
Essential Functions

- Maintains an accurate inventory of all parts, keeping the area clean, neat and organized
- Identifies critical parts and ensures they are in stock and available at all times
- Drives company vehicle to obtain parts when an emergency arises
- Processes all necessary paperwork in compliance with company policy/procedures
- Must be able to stand between 2 – 3 hours at a time
- Must be willing to follow all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) of the company which include but are not limited to: use of a hair net, use of gloves, use of a company approved frock and rubber boots, no jewelry, no nail polish or artificial nails, no shorts, no open-toed shoes, no ripped clothing or rhinestones/glitter on clothing, no chewing gum, candy or tobacco.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to extreme temperatures (under 40 degree or above 100 degrees Fahrenheit). The employee is also exposed to a variety of chemicals used for cleaning. The floors in the environment are often wet and can be slippery.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. 40+ hours per week.
Hours of work: Typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 pm to 4:00am. Start and finish times may vary depending on workload. Weekends and overtime hours are occasionally required. Schedule is subject to change with or without advanced notice.
