- Manage vendor accounts on a day-to-day basis for a variety of vendor categories.
- Account management, customer service, brand project management, financial tracking, and reporting for all vendors.
- Provide excellent customer service for franchisees, vendors, and internal departments in relation to vendor accounts.
- Create and maintain marketing plans for each vendor account ensuring all contractual marketing obligations are met.
- Contribute to the financial success of the department by achieving and tracking transactional revenue for vendors in specific category.
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in project coordination, account coordination, account management, analysis, marketing, or relationship marketing
- Advanced skills in Excel, including PivotTables, data validation, VLOOKUP, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven project management skills (e.g., execution, tracking, reporting, etc.)
- Demonstrates key competencies to include effective communication, ensuring accountability, and self-development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working both within a team and on an individual basis
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
