Position Summary
At Domo, we leverage partners to help sell our software and provide implementation services post-sale. This enables us to rapidly grow and scale our business. A Partner Operations Analyst (POA) is a keystone in ensuring a seamless partner delivery experience by serving as the interface between partners and internal Domo teams (Sales, CS, Product, Support, etc.). A POA oversees the critical daily functions that drive a partner's success from partner assignment through project sign-off. Domo needs POA's who have experience managing SaaS based partner operations. A successful candidate will have demonstrated innovation, creativity, insight, attention to detail, initiative, and good judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee assignment of projects involving partners; outsource and co-delivery;
- Use data and automation to manage a portfolio of projects in strategic and efficient ways;
- Develop relationships across Domo teams as a means of connecting partners to solutions that will enhance project delivery;
- Develop process and standardization around delivery to drive consistent, predictable, and repeatable success across internal and external delivery teams;
- Collaborate across teams to curate best practices and provide enablement to internal and external teams;
- Oversee approval of Purchase Orders, invoices, project hour reconciliation, and Statement of Work generation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business or another relevant field;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments concurrently;
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills around creating, documenting, and managing complex processes;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment;
- Working knowledge of specialized BI tools and solution providers is a plus;
- Experience in Docusign, Salesforce, and Coupa software is a plus.
