The Partner Marketing Manager will create and drive our marketing strategy and tactical execution across Bazaarvoice’s partner ecosystem.
The best candidate will partner enthusiastically with stakeholders in channel partnerships, sales, product marketing, client success, and other key groups to design high-impact programs and drive effective collaboration. He or she will leverage strong relationships across Bazaarvoice to help grow the partner channel.
The selected candidate will be a self-motivated multi-tasker, comfortable working quickly and with significant ambiguity in a dynamic environment. He/she will relish new, daily challenges and be a creative problem solver and solution-oriented team member. Operational efficiency is a must, with clear understanding of partner marketing metrics, marketing automation program execution, and reporting. Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute campaigns marketing to, with and through partners including ability to identify joint opportunities and lead execution of campaigns through the partner channels
    • Plan, execute and report on partner marketing programs, including partner roadshows, webinars and email campaigns
    • Create content (i.e. webinars, fact sheets, case studies) in collaboration with global marketing team
    • Measure and optimize campaign activities to drive continuous improvement
    • Develop and report out on success metrics via Salesforce
    • Assist with partner enablement through content development to educate and enable partner sales teams on the Bazaarvoice product and sales process
    • Responsible for all marketing coordination with partners
    • Coordinates and maximizes partner involvement in Bazaarvoice events and industry events where Bazaarvoice in participating, when appropriate
Qualificiations
    • 5-8 years of experience in marketing roles, with 3-5 years in partner marketing experience
    • Expert-level user of digital marketing toolset, including Marketo and Salesforce
    • Collaborative work style; ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
    • Proactive communicator with strong writing skills; able to comfortably communicate plans to marketing leadership, as well as other stakeholders/leaders within the organization
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ask questions and track down answers with confidence, and lead projects/programs with minimal direction
    • Experience working on global teams and in global markets
    • Experience in e-commerce a significant plus
Success of partner marketing activities is based on a variety of metrics such as partner qualified leads, partner engagement metrics, joint pipeline development, and partner-influenced revenue.
