Partner Development & Growth Specialist
Business Development
We are looking for a strategic problem solver, hard worker, and organizational specialist to help contribute to the business development team’s rapid growth. As Partner Development & Growth Specialist, you will assist in the entire coordinated partner lifecycle from starting the conversation with incoming partner leads, shepherding partners through the technical integration process, and managing the relationship long-term. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating services for new third-party ISV and referral partners across three of our brands. Also accountable for deploying engagement programs that yield growth in referrals with existing technology partners, ensuring we continue to add more partners, and more end-users. This role is extremely collaborative with our internal channel, web, events, creative, business development, and product teams as well our partners’ product, engineering, marketing, and sales orgs with whom you will build relationships to drive collaboration.

Business Development

Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for the coordinated partner channel across three brands
- Accelerate the adoption of our APIs by helping onboard, retain, and grow our partner ecosystem
- Ensure partners are provided with an effective, positive experience and return on investment
- Deploy enablement assets that help achieve mutually agreed-upon targets for growth
- Become an industry specialist in the professional services software space to identify new partner opportunities
- Prospect within designated markets to add new third-party partners or partner channels
- Measure success and adjust programs to further improve and maximize results
- Must care about people and love crafting a win/win dynamic
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-5 years professional work experience
- Demonstrated project management skills, ideally using project management software such as Trello and Wrike
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams and organizations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to engage shared services that don’t have a direct reporting structure
- Strong relationship-building skills to work effectively with our partners, in order to best represent our product and programs
- Possible travel to industry and partner events
