About the role: Employees are juggling multiple priorities at once, from household administration, child & elder care demands, to their own personal wellness, all while growing their careers. Through Avenues' partnership with Vivvi, we are seeking a part-time Care Concierge to work directly with a pilot group of employees based out of Avenues' NYC campus. You will be responsible for acting as the employees' own personal assistant, providing thoughtful research and customer service along with managing tasks ranging from household related responsibilities to scheduling & organization and wellness support (i.e. coordinating doctor appointments).


In this role, you will use your experience and knowledge of best in class local NYC providers and services to efficiently support, research and coordinate personal and family related needs. The Care Concierge will be responsible for tasks, such as, but not limited to:


  • Front end: Creating and maintaining a family calendar, dinner reservations, making travel arrangements, booking home improvement services, meal delivery, scheduling a babysitter, submitting summer camp medical forms, etc.
  • Serving as a professional, attentive, responsive and friendly resource that enthusiastically represents the Avenues ethos and Vivvi brand
  • Ability to come onsite at the Avenues campus 1-3 times per quarter to meet in person with employees
  • Back end: Create a utilization tracking system with details that support future resource planning and scaling
  • Work closely with program leads to share feedback regarding the pilot program and insights for program improvement and development.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an executive assistant, project management or operations role
  • Extremely detail oriented and excellent project management / multitasking skills
  • Knowledge and ability to navigate the local NYC restaurant, event and kid-friendly activity environment.
  • Personable, caring and excellent customer service skills
  • A remote work setup, including fast-speed Internet
  • Must be available to come into NYC about 3 times this fall.
