Part-time Tutor

The Tutoring Center-Cypress is aggressively looking for Instructors that are adept at math and reading. Our tutors are enthusiastic about empowering K-12 students to achieve their greatest potential.

We improve each child's academic abilities through our unique One-to-One Instruction™ . Together, these foster essential problem-solving skills that give our kids the confidence and motivation to face any challenge.

We have a great group of students that need your help to close any gaps in their education that they currently have. We have quickly become a trusted resource for our neighbors in the area.

Responsibilities :

• Working effectively under supervision of Center Director and Head Instructor
• Learn The Tutoring Center’s proprietary educational programs and methods
• Tutoring K-12 students in reading, writing, and math (including Algebra II and up)

In addition, you must meet the following requirements:

• Current college students excellent writing, reading, and math skills, and a GPA of 3.0 or above or possess Bachelor's Degree

• Available Monday - Thursday from 3:30 - 7:30 pm
• Prior tutoring experience a plus
