Part-Time Returns Associate - Night Shift Sun.-Thurs. 7pm-12am

Shift: Part-Time Night Shift - Sun.-Thurs. 7 PM- 12 AM

Part-Time Team Members at Lulus have the potential to earn $17.50/hour + $0.50/hour differential! You will have the opportunity to earn full-time employment status based on excellent performance, attendance, and position availability.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Inbound
• Receive inbound shipments and verify correct content, following through to ensure proper stocking procedures are followed
• Stow incoming vendor freight and returns units
• Condense and relocate items as needed to make space

Outbound

• Pick items using a handheld device and stage them for the next process.
• Process orders using a handheld device, match invoices to orders and items
• Package orders are to be shipped in a way that is consistent with the Lulus standard.

Returns

• Open returned orders and ensure items are eligible for resale
• Quality Check returns items and disposes of items not meeting quality or cleanliness standards.
• Fold items eligible for resale consistent with the Lulus standard

Additional Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
• Communicate effectively with multiple warehouse departments

Work Environment:

• Duties are performed both inside and outside in varying temperatures including heat, cold, and sometimes wet or humid conditions. Exposure to high background noise is probable.

Physical Requirements for Performing Essential Duties:

• Sitting/Standing/Walking: Approximately 95% of the time is spent in varying work areas where standing and walking are required. 5% of time spent in an office environment.
• Speaking/Hearing: Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate co-workers and subordinates
• Vision: Ability to visualize items around the work area, able to assess weights, and judge distances and heights. Good eye-hand/foot coordination
• Lifting/Carrying: Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs by hand
• Stooping/Kneeling: Ability to stoop and/or kneel to access locations as needed
