Job Description

Part-Time Office Clerical Professional Needed
Growing Property Management Company located in Mesa, AZ is in need of part-time assistance in our office. We are seeking a part-time professional that can perform a variety of office tasks. Hours would be Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm with some flexibility on scheduling. Preference will be given to those with experience specific to the items below.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Phone Calls- Responsible for answering and making general business calls in a timely manner and having the capability to handle multiple calls simultaneously.

? Scanning/ Filing - The ability to use a computer scanner and file documents as required.

? Scheduling Appointments- Properly set-up appointments from inbound callers and use our calendar system to log appointments.

? Advertising Available Properties - Posting ads for our available properties on the internet daily.

? Communicate - Must have the ability to communicate with our customers in a professional manner.

? Assisting with miscellaneous projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Clean criminal history & drug free
? Strong Communication Skills
? Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
? Time management and communication skills are essential
? The ability to stay organized and work well with others
? Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
? Must be able to work in a small office environment.
? Attention to detail is key
