Job Description

Pearl Co Services is looking for a part-time assistant to assist with daily functions. This will include, but not be limited to, providing general clerical duties including, scanning, sending & responding to e-mails, data retrievals. data generation and storing documents in their respective files (online).

Skills and knowledge:
- Ability to perform general administrative duties with little or no supervision.
- Must possess good organization and information gathering and monitoring skills.
- Must have knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures such as filing and record keeping.
- Must have good computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
- Must be able to prioritize.
- Must have good communication skills- written and verbal.
Interpersonal skills:

Individuals must be a positive team player. Individual must display a professional manner and exhibit diplomacy and confidentiality when interacting with clients.
