Paragon Healthcare is hiring a full-time Corporate Healthcare Receptionist for its home office/home infusion pharmacy located in Plano, TX (George Bush Fwy/Independence). The Home Office Receptionist performs tasks related to overall home office operations to include answering the phone, greeting guests, filing, and projects as assigned. The Home Office Receptionist is also responsible for all Staples orders and travel requests. We are specifically seeking someone who is professional, reliable, personable, and has experience in customer service (healthcare preferred, but not required). Candidates must have high school diploma or GED and excellent communication/organizational/interpersonal skills.
Major Responsibilities:
- Answers phones in a professional and courteous manner. Directs all calls appropriately and takes accurate messages.
- Greets all guests in a professional and courteous manner. Notifies appropriate staff of guest arrival. Distributes
assessments and/or applications as needed for interviews.
- Ensures that the reception area is clean and ready for the working day every morning.
- Assists with setting up conference rooms with pens, notepads, water, etc. as needed.
- Assists with travel requests and making necessary arrangements as needed; including, but not limited to, flights,
ground transportation, and hotels. Send all confirmations in an efficient and timely manner.
- Assists with mail duties when necessary.
- Responsible for all Staples orders for each site and handles distribution and invoices as necessary.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
