This is a temporary position. Position will last 3-6 months depending on workload. Responsibilities:
  • Answer multi line phone via computer switchboard.
  • Answer incoming calls, route to appropriate person, take messages or transfer to voicemail.
  • Adhere to Executive Management call handling directives
  • Must ensure switchboard is never left unattended
  • Create and update various spreadsheets, follow through on company required paperwork.
  • Handle tasks that need immediate attention.
  • Communicate with stores in a professional manor.
  • Assist in departmental compliancy audits focusing on accuracy, documentation and completeness
  • Keep itineraries of department personnel.
  • Track and arrange travel for department personnel.
  • Maintain scanning and filing for all departments

Qualifications:
  • Previous multi-functional office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required
  • Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint experience
  • A genuine focus on customer service

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
