Job Description

As a Part-time Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for processing daily incoming payments. This would include processing credits twice per month using pre-determined billing dates and entering customer credit information, as received. In this role, you will also be able to review customer A/R schedules and assist the Account Services team in payment research. Although this position requires light phone work, customer service experience is a plus, as you will respond to some customers over the phone and via email. Requirements:
  • Accounting experience or related course work, a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work 20 hours/week minimum
