Paralegal

Seeking experienced virtual family law paralegal for small and growing family law firm. Must have availability from 9AM - 1PM Monday - Friday. Must be able to hit the ground running with minimal training.

Paralegal will be responsible for efiling in King and Pierce County Superior Courts, calendaring, drafting pleadings and proposed orders using Family Soft, tracking and organizing case files in DropBox and MyCase, managing discovery, preparing exhibits using AdobePro, and assisting attorney in preparing for court hearings, mediation, arbitration and trial. Knowledge of King and Pierce County Local Family Law Rules is required.

Potential exists for flex (must include mornings)/increased hours over time, dependent on performance and needs/desires of paralegal and firm.

Skills and experience are a must, as is high attention to detail. Personality, character, intelligence, and integrity are also important.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
