Painting Field Supervisor/Superintendent

We are attentive, personal, and relational, building into and supporting not only our clients, but also our local community and neighborhoods.We are looking for Full-Time Epoxy and Resinous Flooring Installers with Construction Experience located in Maryland and Washington, DC.

What We Need:

We are looking for a ROCK STAR Superintendent to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

- manage subcontracts, safety manuals, training and management, foreman & workmen management and rates, change orders and claims/disputes;

-calculating budgets and schedules;

-selecting appropriate construction methods for the job and budget;

-explaining contracts and technical information to employees and subcontractors;

-supervising personnel and activities onsite;

-developing work-arounds for delays and other problems;

-Oversee daily reports, oversee and generate T&Ms, Assist with RFIs and changes, manage the day to day operations of the area.

Ensure our clients (General Contractors, otherwise) are pleased with our performance on the jobsite. Help field managers analyze and manage productivity of employees.

Manage the foreman and employees and subs that the foreman supervises.

-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Project Management software

-Producing and reviewing financial reports and job profitability reports.

-Ability to perform construction takeoffs for bidding and material and labor accountability. Proficient in relationship building.

-Ability to coach and mentor employees.

Compensation:

$60k - $80k depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Harrisburg, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction Superintendents: 2 years (Preferred)
• Construction: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
