Painting Field Supervisor Assistant

Job Description:

APV Drywall Inc. is currently seeking a full time Painting Field Supervisor Assistant to join our growing team. We are one of Twin Cities leading drywall & painting companies. The Painting Field Supervisor Assistant is responsible for overseeing field operations. The primary focus will be on its assigned tasks and scope of work. Candidate should be familiar with interior and exterior process. Willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities will include:

• All aspects of on-site construction management including employee supervision, subcontractor labor supervision, site organization, on-site builder relationship and communication, project execution, and quality control
• Review and approval of work completed for payment
• Project reporting/review
• Satisfy work requests and assign work appropriately
• Ensure builder/customer satisfaction

• Ability to read and understand blueprints

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of painting procedures and steps necessary to achieve efficiency and quality

Qualifications:

• 1+ years in field management experience
• 2+ years in painting experience
• Basic phone/iPad skills
• Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
• High School diploma/ GED/ Technical training in related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
