Painter Helper - Nights - Bessemer

Position: Painter Helper Shift: Nights Location: Bessemer, AL $3.00 shift differential pay! Sign On Bonuses for all Manufacturing Personnel!!! (Scroll to the bottom for information on bonuses) Starting Pay: $16.00 (will include a skills evaluation) The Painter Helper will perform a variety of cleaning duties in the paint department. Job Duties:

• Prepping components for paint.
• Using power tools for cleaning.
• Wiping down cranes with cleaning solution to prep cranes for painting.
• Any other duties assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous forklift experience is helpful.
• Previous experience working in an industrial environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand/walk 95% of the workday
• Lift up to 30 pounds frequently
• Twist, reach and bend frequently
• Possess hand/eye coordination and bilateral dexterity (gross and fine)
• Possess depth perception and peripheral vision
• Possess the ability to hear

Working Conditions:

• Subject to standing on hard surfaces up to 12 hours per day
• Exposure to hot and cold conditions
