Job Description

Diamonds Direct is searching for an experienced team member to join our growing digital marketing team and spearhead our paid search efforts. The Paid Search + SEO Manager will be responsible for implementing and optimizing paid search campaigns and assisting in website search engine optimization efforts for all Diamonds Direct locations to ensure maximum ROI.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Implementation of effective paid search strategies
  • Oversee accounts on search platforms (i.e. Google AdWords)
  • Launch and optimize various paid search campaigns
  • Ensure paid search messaging aligns with overarching marketing goals and objectives
  • Determine and modify keyword selection and audience targeting
  • Monitor fluctuating budget and adjust bids to meet store goals and gain better ROI
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and report to management
  • Update analytics dashboard monthly for leadership
  • Write concise copy for ads, including engaging CTAs, and utilize A/B testing
  • Maintain partnerships with platforms and vendors, including click fraud reduction partners (Clickcease, etc.)
  • Keep up-to-date with SEM and SEO trends
  • Work within larger digital marketing team to ensure SEM and SEO strategies are intertwined
  • Opportunity to assist with PPC campaigns across other channels, including social media
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a PPC, SEM, SEO or Digital Marketing Specialist, preferably in retail or e-comm sectors
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Broad knowledge of digital marketing concepts
  • Familiarity with Google AdWords required (other platforms, like Facebook Ads Manager, preferred but not required)
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Must thrive in collaborative settings and be a team player
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • AdWords certification a plus
