Paid Nurse Aide Training (Part Time)

Westfield Center is looking for a student who have completed the CNA class to join its team Full time for the following shifts. You have 120 day to work as a CNA while to take the CNA certification test in MA. Genesis wants to give you the opportunity to practice and use your skills while you wait to take the test!!! Great opportunity to work prior to your test date.

Westfield Center is offering base rate starting at 16.00 and up including shift differential PLUS retention bonus of 2000 for FT and 1000 for PT once you pass the exam.
Genesis is also offering tuition reimbursement of 667.00 per semester for students enrolled in Nursing School.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language as nurse aides must listen and respond to patient/resident concerns. They also need to share information with other healthcare workers.
• Must have the physical stamina to be on your feet all day and perform tasks such as lifting or moving patients/residents.
• Must obtain certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program within four months.
