White Elephant Palm Beach is hiring for the year-round position of Overnight Rooms Agent for a luxury boutique hotel. This position rotates time between Overnight Audit/Front Desk and Overnight Houseperson throughout the shift.
This position starts as soon as possible.
*Must be available to work weekends & holidays.
The Overnight Audit/Front Desk responsibilities include:
- Check-in/check-out hotel guests
- Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
- Provide information and assistance all guests and visitors throughout the overnight shift
The Overnight Houseperson responsibilities include:
- Clean and maintain all corridors, vending areas, public restrooms, elevators and landings and service areas on guest room floors, in restaurant, meeting rooms and outside grounds areas ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness
- Provide linen supplies for Room Attendants and stock floor closets
- Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and fellow night agent
