We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative, who will be responsible for prospecting and cultivating new accounts, as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts assigned in a territory where OrePac is established. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and reliable individual capable of growing a business in a competitive market.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Establish and maintain customer relationships with new and assigned customer accounts
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of OrePac’s services and pricing structure
- Follow up on all generated quotations to assure that customers are serviced and to document the outcomes of proposed solutions
- Demonstrate and familiarize established accounts with new products, services, and developments
- Participate in product training with OrePac's customers and/or their key accounts
- Initiate cooperative advertising with dealers
- Resolve customer concerns, including delivery errors, short shipments, and returns of damaged product
- Identify and support customer sales needs, including providing literature, marketing supplies, samples, price pages, etc.
- Prepare market strategies for business growth in assigned territory
- Identify target accounts for projected growth and strategies to encourage growth
- Prepare and submit reports of periodic activity and expenses
- Develop an effective and productive working relationship with Inside Sales Associates and support personnel; encourage and assist in their training and development when possible
- Develop and implement a sales plan that supports sales and profitability goals
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- 3+ years of relevant sales and industry experience
- Commitment to and demonstration of high ethical standards governing professional behavior and interactions
