THIS IS OUTSIDE SALES - Successful candidates will work with Mobile Home Sellers and Buyers in a primarily 55-Plus Mobile Home Parks in their area. Read this job description thoroughly before applying! Sales Agent Responsibilities: 1. Obtain new Mobile Home listings for both quantity and quality each week 2. Maintain professional relationship with our clients throughout the purchase or selling process 3. MUST have GOOD COMPUTER SKILLS 4. Must have good negotiation skills 5. Respond promptly to phone, email and text communications with current and prospective customers 6. Generate new listings and follow-up on sales leads from various sources 7. Maintain company expectations of customer service and satisfaction 8. Set and manage appointments with customers and potential buyers 9. Maintain high availability for customers and potential buyers. 10. Create and process Listing and Sales Contracts accurately and professionally.
