THE POSITION
We’re looking for a full-time Selling Manager within the Portland market. You will be responsible for managing the sales department while exceeding your sales plan goals by bringing in new customers and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers. This role will be compensated with an excellent salary and commissions on your individual sales and total branch sales.

Oversee all Branch Operations;

• Lead – Hire and coach Mechanical Solutions Sales Reps to achieve company sales goals.
• Manage – Oversee the sales department. Total 3 employees in outside sales.
• Sell – Support the branch’s maintenance base total by selling maintenance contracts in addition to managing the sales team and running the branch.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years’ experience working in the commercial HVAC industry
• 3+ years’ experience in full cycle outside sales
• Creating budgets for Branch operations
• Managing 2 or more staff
