Requirements:
What’s Required
- Operate a sales team
- Ensure team of sellers are genuinely happy
- Attend a weekly manager meeting and report daily sales and recruiting numbers to the Divisional Leader
- Coordinate and lead weekly seller meeting
- Organize knocking territories in Sales Rabbit
- Team Building activities
- Train new hires
- Lead by example by being a sales metrics leader
- Assist in recruiting new reps to increase team size
- Be active in the company Chipr chat
What you’ll need:
- High School education or higher
- Drivers license and transportation
- A mobile phone or connected tablet device
- Previous d2d sales experience (at least 1 year)
