Job Description

We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Compensation:

$100,000 commission based

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
  • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
  • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
  • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
  • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves
Qualifications:
  • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
  • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
  • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred

  • You will need an active GA Real Estate salesperson license for this position. If you do not have one, you need to be willing to obtain one (a 75-hour pre-license course with a state exam) before starting.
  • Financial aid is not available to obtain your license.
