Outside Flooring Sales Representative- Round Rock Area

Soleil Floors is a growing business in the Austin/Round Rock community and we are looking for the right candidate interested in pursuing a career in sales. Outside sales would be the primary focus with some time dedicated to sales within the showroom. A six figure income is absolutely achievable for someone who excels. If you like sales and are good with people, here is what we are looking for:

Job Description:

Represent Soleil Floors with integrity, professionalism and values established by the company. Sales Person is required to be on time to all appointments and respond to all communications from Soleil Floors management and customer leads within 4 business hours. Membership and weekly attendance to a BNI Networking group is required, and attendance to other networking groups encouraged while building your position amongst other business professionals to obtain referrals. Measure client’s home and provide customer estimate within 24 hours.

Rolls & Responsibilities:

· Visit and Meet with Local Business Professionals to gain sales leads

· Onsite Measuring

. Creating estimates utilizing Quick Books Pro software and Excel Docs

· Follow up with clients after installation for quality control.

· Attend weekly sales meeting at Showroom Tuesdays 9-10 am

· 8 Hour work day - 5 days a week- occasional Saturdays required

· Report all problems (installation or otherwise) to management

· Dress in business casual clothing with professional appearance.

· Maintain a clean vehicle that represents professional image

· Excellent communicator via phone, email and text messaging.

· Comfortable creating your own schedule and seeking new business relationships every day.

· Strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results

· Great networking ability. Confident and easy to talk to.

· Arrive 5 minutes early to all scheduled meetings.

· Ability to work independently and with a team to achieve goals

· Comfortable putting together a plan to meet with other business professionals (i.e cold calls, in person presentations, networking events)

· Valid driver's license, high school diploma, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to drive to and from accounts continuously
