Pay rate: $14.50/ hr

Hire Dynamics’ Seasonal Sourcers are apart of our Talent Sourcing Group. They are committed to helping Hire Dynamics hire qualified candidates who match a desired skill set through HIGH VOLUME talent sourcing. Talent sourcing refers to the process of identifying, researching, generating, and networking with potential job candidates in order to convert individuals into job applicants.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make 100-125 outbound calls a day to potential candidates; follow set prescreen questionnaires to accurately determine candidate qualifications
• Schedule 20-25 in-person interviews per day with necessary branch
• Utilize internal database as well as other ATS such as Indeed.com, ZipRecruiter, etc. to build talent pool across all markets
• Establish methods to build a talent pool of candidates for future recruitment needs.
• Document candidate interaction into internal database

Requirements:

• Must have high volume call center experience – you will be making 100-125 outbound calls/day
• Good communication skills
• Ability to stay organized while navigating through multiple systems
• Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of staff
• Excellent time management skills
• Team player
