The compensation is Pay Range starts at $17.00/hr + DOE + Free Lunches on the Weekends + Eligible for a Team Monthly Bonus!
This is a full-time Call Center Representative position reporting to the Outbound Guest Services Manager. The Guest Services Outbound position will be expected to be a subject matter, a problem-solving expert in all Outbound activities i.e. customer verification, warranty, VIP, and special orders. This person will be expected to use his/her comprehensive and advanced knowledge to determine the best solution to solve problems for our customers. Our Guest Services Outbound position will be assigned to work interchangeably between the multiple roles within the department. This will ensure proper staffing and create effective and efficient work-steams within our Outbound responsibilities.
Job Description
- This person will be answering delivery support questions, handle escalations, handling complex customer requests, and monitoring real-time data and reports.
- Monitor the real-time dashboard to ensure agents are handling calls promptly
- Answers DSR questions
- Monitors DSR attendance and break requests
- Acts as an information source, answers agent questions, assigning tasks, following up, and giving instructions as needed
- Ensuring that the team members acquire the appropriate support and training to apply the best skills and knowledge on the job.
- Communicating solutions, successes, and opportunities to the Manager and Supervisor(s) of customer service.
- Practicing and ensuring compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Acts as liaison between Delivery Support team, Customer Service department, and all other departments within the organization to process requests, answer questions, and provide guidance.
Qualifications
- AA/BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED: Minimum 1-2 years working experience at Living Spaces as a Guest Service Representative or working in our Retail department
- Proficient at all applicable computer software: (MS Office programs, Microsoft CRM, etc.)
- Strong understanding of internal SOPs
- Customer satisfaction focused
- Outstanding communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to set goals and drive self-performance
- Flexibility in work schedule: must be able to work morning, mid, evening, and weekend shifts, along with most holidays
- Work additional hours as needed to meet deadlines
- Fluent in verbal and written Spanish is a PLUS
- Prior customer service experience in a customer service or call center environment.
