Job Purpose
The Billing Clerk is responsible for providing daily shipping activity support by generating required paperwork, creating and distributing operational paperwork to warehouse staff. All hours are subject to change as mandatory OT does occur and off days do get cancelled at times.

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
The Billing Clerk will be assigned duties, based on organizational needs and priorities.
- Read order labels and assist break down of runs for employees
- Break down paperwork for runs
- Check back ordered items for employees
- Bill all runs once turned in
- Run invoices and runners once billed
- Transmit all cross dock on appropriate days. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays
- Make copies of Store Tags and log sheets when needed in office

- High school diploma or equivalent training and experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills
- Effective interpersonal skills, able to interact with a diverse group of people
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to effectively handle multiple tasks at one time
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
