We’re seeking a Records Coordinator to join our dynamic team in serving our amazing patients. This entry-level position has opportunity for growth!

Position Highlights:

- Warmly greets patients

- Creates, coordinates, and maintains accurate patient records

- Provides exceptional service to patients and clinical team members

- Assists with sterilization duties

- Takes x-rays, 3D scans, impressions, and photos for new & current patients

- Delivers retainers and appliances

- Performs basic lab procedures, coordinates with labs

Requirements:

- Requires active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification or actively acquiring RDA

- Strong teamwork

Work Hours: This full-time position is scheduled to work approximately 36 hours per week (Mon – Thurs, occasional Fri).

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Registered Dental Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
