Orientation Advisor ( Remote San Diego )

Attention Indeed Rockstars - We are seeking an Orientation Advisor to join our firm. Daily tasks include onboarding students/clients with the highest customer service possible. To feed Supervisors with bodies, and to ensure that no students who have signed up for service are forgotten about, fall between cracks, and are chased up into their service zone.

A candidate who can provide a wonderful Disneyland type of experience to our students/clients. You will be SUCCESSFUL and find a great career opportunity. The opportunity is to offer base pay.

Our purposes

Responsibilities:

• Show up on Zoom just prior to the meeting, and make a proper introduction and welcome
• Review student names and enrolled programs before Onboarding
• Prior to the Onboarding Schedule make sure the student will join Mastermind or a live event
• Contact the student personally and offer an invitation to any event
• Ensure that they have the program access
• Create “Disneyland type experiences”
• Indicate the training taught

Requirements:

• Strong business and business communication acumen
• Self-starter who needs little management
• Excellent project management and a positive attitude
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and communicate effectively with business owners and C-Level executives
• Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a high intense sales environment
• Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and effectively communicate high-level sales concepts to prospects.
• Desire to be on a team of positive, success-minded individuals
• Preferred: San Diego in person position

The position is Full Time (preferred local in our San Diego Office or virtual) between the hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST Monday through Friday.
