Pay

$16.00 hr.

The Role

We are seeking hard-working and reliable warehouse workers to join our growing operation. In this role, you will work with our Shipping/Receiving Department, manage outgoing orders, fulfill orders using a headset and any other duties assinged by your supervisor.

We prefer candidates who have some warehouse experience, but we are willing to train the right person!

Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To

• Pick orders in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice pick system
• Build pallets and prepare orders to go out for delivery
• Operate equipment such as a forklift and/or riding pallet jack
• Double check orders for accuracy
• Communicate any inventory, stocking, racking or equipment maintenance issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:

Required Experience

• Ability to work in refrigerated environment, 35 – 45 degrees
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
• Ability to work without direct supervision and to prioritize activities under pressure
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
• Ability to actively engage in continuous improvement activities
• Warehouse experience is a plus but not required
• Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours
• Good communication skills
• Ability to adhere to all food and safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
