The work:
Help clients understand leading business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle
Spot strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs
Lead, coach, and advise a small project team in addition to managing their performance (depending upon the structure of a project)
Give clients options for designs using prototypes
Set up, document and test the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies
Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
Gain the trust of your client, team mates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered
Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts
Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years designing, building, and configuring Oracle Cloud applications to meet business process and application requirements. Responsibilities include:
- Experience building custom job roles and data roles as per requirements using organization tree
- Configure security profiles using Area of Responsibility, custom SQLs and exclusion rules
- Experience in page and structure customizations related to security requirements
- Configure reporting data security and access to subject areas
- Set up auto provisioning rules and run auto provisioning
- Run HDL's to set up users, add/update/remove roles to users
- Ability to configure SSO, build OTBI reports, and set up/run audit reports
- Test cases and test execution of roles; set up system accounts with REST API's
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
You’ve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to: design business process, lead key configuration workshops, identify GAPs, identify RICEW, and design functionality and test plans, and perform testing
