Operator I-1st Shift- $1,500 signing bonus-Minnetonka

Our location in Minnetonka is seeking reliable candidates with a strong attention to detail for a position as an Operator I on our Molding & Tipping Team. This position is responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices and includes detailed assembly and operation of various equipment and machinery.

This is a 1st shift position. The work schedule is 4:37am-3:07pm, Mon-Thurs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Loads shafts/tubes into molding machine
  • Performs visual quality inspection of parts
  • Works independently performing repetitive tasks with a high attention to detail
  • Reviews all device documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • May set-up/utilize special test equipment
  • May provide assistance in expediting priority product and tasks in assigned areas

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Required

  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures; understand and follow verbal instructions - Understanding of and ability to utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software packages
  • Ability to prioritize work by determining the sequencing and timing of different jobs based on precedence and importance
  • Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts
  • Ability to make critical decisions and judgments with minimal supervision
  • The ability to work overtime as needed[

Preferred

  • Prefer 6 months experience working in a medical or other regulated production environment
  • High school degree or equivalent preferred
  • Some previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful.
