Job Description
Marton Technologies, Inc (A Panum Group, LLC company), is looking for skilled individuals who are looking to be part of a growing company.
Reporting directly to the President, the Operations/Program Manager will direct, administer, and coordinates the internal operational activities of Marton in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the President. The Manager leads, directs and coordinates the following business functions: project controls, operations, human resources, information systems, business development and contracts administration; in an effort grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

In addition to the duties of Operations/Program Manager, as required, the Manager will serve as a Program/Project Manager (PM), working directly with the government program office, and is responsible for the direction, management, supervision, and quality of execution of his/her respective contracts.
The Manager will perform the following significant business functions:
1. Contribute to the development and refinement of Marton’s vision and new business strategies. 2. Directs internal operations to achieve the financial goals of Marton. 3. Participates in the development and preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based upon broad organization goals and objectives. Recommends their adoption to the President. 4. Responsible for the delivery of marton projects and customer relationships, Manage cost-plus contracts, budget and organically grow the contracts 5. Develops and establishes operating policies consistent with the President’s objectives and vision of Marton, ensuring their adequate execution. 6. Ensures that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations. 7. Participate in the new business capture through potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. 8. Create new and maintain existing business relationships to foster new business opportunities for Marton. 9. Assist with writing and drafting proposals for potential contracts that Marton is seeking to bid on.
The Manager shall also be responsible for the following PM functions:
1. Manage operational budget and costs through analysis of requirements and assignment of available resources. 2. Schedule personnel and other resources to meet customer requirements. 3. Ensure quality of service delivery through observation, analysis, and customer interaction. 4. Effectively integrate contract team member’s core competencies to meet the needs of the customer. 5. Maintain an excellent customer reputation through direct interaction and effective service delivery. 6. Recruit and retain highly qualified employees, ensure adherence to customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements, and maintain employee morale. 7. Identify and ensure appropriate resources are available to execute tasks. Required Qualifications:
    • Experience with government contracts Program/Project Management
    • Undergraduate degree required. Graduate degree a plus.
    • At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in managing and leading personal.
    • PMP desired but not required.
    • Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, systems, and objectives.
    • Knowledge of fiscal management.
    • Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to effectively lead in a high stress environment.
    • Knowledge of governmental regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Knowledge of government contract and exposure to proposal writing a desired.
    • Skill in planning, organizing, prioritizing, delegating. and supervising.
    • Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving, decision-making.
    • Intermediate skills in automated office products (e.g. MS WORD, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
