Rapid Reliable Testing is a venture of Ambulnz Holdings that leverages Ambulnz’s institutional experience working in partnership with Dr. Mark A. Merlin and MD1 Medical Care PC to bring additional services to help our communities manage the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Merlin is one of the foremost authorities in out-of-hospital physician responsive services, both regionally and nationally. Ambulnz Holdings, LLC is a holding company with healthcare transportation subsidiaries in eight States and the United Kingdom. We employ over 1,300 highly-skilled medical professionals, including EMTs, Paramedics, Nurses and Physicians. Ambulnz is also the largest private ambulance company responding to COVID-19 in NYC, and has transported over 10,000 patients with COVID-19 nationally.

We are bringing innovation to a stagnant industry and are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team.

As the Operations Supervisor you will:

  • Follow all pertinent Ambulnz/RRT policy and procedures.
  • Functions as an on-line supervisor, monitoring station operations to ensure the delivery of quality and cost effective service.
  • Works as part of a supervisory team with other service area supervisory and management staff to ensure continuity, consistency and strong lines of communications between all shifts.
  • Monitors operations to ensure that all station personnel comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Evaluates, counsels and participates in disciplinary procedures.
  • Regularly oversees vehicle stocking/cleaning to ensure they meet or exceed state requirements in regards to maintenance, equipment, supplies and cleanliness.
  • Ensures that personnel maintain the station in a clean, sanitary and functional condition.
  • Facilitates orientation and training of new and current employees.
  • Determines the need for and ensures that Incident Reports, Accident Reports and other documentation is completed as required.
  • Ensures all scheduling requirements are met within a timely fashion.
  • Duties include scheduling and staffing, logistics management, clinical and administrative QA/QI, and performance management.
  • Direct supervisor of Team Leads.
  • Responsible for COVID testing operations in their region
  • Manages and supports Site Leads with operations, logistics, staffing, and scheduling
  • Partners with Logistics Manager for ordering supplies

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, an individual must be able to adequately perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required:

  • Experience working in an EMT or Paramedic role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to travel to medical facilities daily
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry
  • Schedule Thursday - Sunday 6:00 am - 7:00pm
