Job Requirements: A good fit for this position has 3-5 years first line supervisory and employee relations experience, with a strong background in:
  • SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management
  • Assembly line operation, with emphasis on automotive or mechanical applications
  • Microsoft Office computer skills, and database navigational skills
A 4-year degree is preferred or high school diploma with equivalent experience.
Must possess valid driver’s license and operate manual and automatic transmissions.
