Job Description
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalency; some college preferred
- 1-2 years’ Financial Services experience required
- Basic computer knowledge
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work independently and cooperatively within specified section
- Comply with section policies, procedures and escalation protocols
Job Functions and Tasks:
- Participate in knowledge transfer with senior and junior staff
- Control and address the account opening process by becoming familiar with the KYC System and related Finet screens
- Control and address the account maintenance process using applicable Finet screens
- Control and address document review & coding
- Escalate unsolved violations and problems to Management
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
