Job duties:

• 
  Provide daily reporting for each of the areas of business at Insight from inbound receipts to outbound orders.
• Work with the operations supervisors and warehouse associates to research and resolve any issues within the production environment
• Identifying the operational difficulties that the staff face in their daily operations in order to resolve those difficulties via new processes or SAP system changes
• Testing new change requests prior to the changes being moved into the production environment
• Build training materials on current or to-be processes within the warehouse
• Provide operational knowledge and support to other departments that may need input on capabilities for new clients and/or processes
