Located in our Siloam Springs, AR plant, you will be an Operations Manager.
  • Reports directly to Plant Manager and is responsible for managing overall business and operational activities of the facility. Ensure production goals and objectives are achieved so Corporate's expectations are met or exceeded.
Key responsibilities (to name a few):
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates the manufacturing of products in compliance with company goals and objectives.
  • Participates in high performance teams as needed to meet business objectives.
  • Responsible for preparation of forecasts and analyses of data, including but not limited to labor, scrap, production efficiency, cost reductions, and quality of product.
  • Assists in maintaining proper employment levels through effective selection, interviewing, training, on-boarding, and retention methods.
  • Responsible for supervising a variety of managers, supervisors, support staff, and production personnel



ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) undergraduate college degree or equivalent with eight years of specific experience and/or a combination of education and experience.
  • Prefer a minimum of five years' experience in operations/materials management environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Strong and effective management and supervisory skills required, including planning, organizing, communicating, influencing, gathering and using information, and motivating to achieve results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
