OPERATIONS MANAGER

This will involve training sonographers, managing staff, administering the budget and resolving all operational issues. Through these and many other crucial contributions, you will build on our remarkable success in the field. To qualify, you must have RDCS or RCS certification (RVT certification is a plus), along with 5 years of experience as a lab tech (previous management experience is ideal).

Responsible for the supervision/direction of scheduling, registration/verification, data collection and front end processing (cash collection) of all patients. Resolves all operational issues and complaints to promote patient satisfaction. Supervision of all patient registration includes: collection of demographic data and insurance information; cash collection and deposit preparation, including the coordination of payment arrangements and patient deferral policies for self-pay patients; data entry into clinical and billing systems; act as a patient advocate for patient concerns/waiting times.

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred.

Three years of related work experience.
