We are currently seeking a Operations Coordinator for our Williston, ND location.


PURPOSE:

Oversees the day to day management and coordination of operations in the assigned facility and / or product line as well as the effective supervision of employees assigned to the facility including workforce planning, coordination, and optimization of labor shifts, job planning and logistics, inventory and asset management and maintenance, onsite management of QMS processes and procedures. Manages external relations with customers and vendors. Optimizes labor and assets according to the strategic plans and goals for the business. Ensures compliance with all company, local, state, and federal regulations.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Effectively facilitates and dispatches day to day operations via the company’s objectives and profitability goals. Implements both short and long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. This includes days to ticketing/invoicing, inventory needs, utilization, and additional responsibilities as needed. Supports Manager’s direction and initiatives to fill any gaps between actual district performance and company projections/expectations.
  • Oversees inventory tracking process to ensure all assets are being properly tracked through phases of operations - as they move in and out of the facility – in TrakQuip. Ensures full conformance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Coaches and directs team of individual contributors and front-line employees to provide context and direction to ensure daily work tasks support business goals and best practices.
  • Reinforces and cultivates a culture with a strong safety awareness including compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies. Immediately addresses any lapse in compliance.
  • Directly supports business development activities with new and existing customers including a customer-oriented experience for services delivered as well as drive toward a customer-oriented experience for services delivered.
  • Partners with customers to reduce their operating non-productive time.
  • Responsible for quality control and assurance to company QMS standards of all equipment, inventory excellence, adhering to all HSE policies, including DOT/FMCSA regulations. Coordinates efforts between operations, sales, and administration.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent

Degree Field (s): •

Work Experience: 0-2 years

Supervisory Experience: Not Applicable

Related Experience:

  • Current applicable HSE certifications
  • Proficiency in TrakQuip, MS Office Suite, time, and expense applications
  • Acceptable Driving Record

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent

Degree Field (s): •

Work Experience: 4-6 years

Supervisory Experience: 1-3 years

Related Experience:

  • Financial and oilfield services business acumen
  • Ability to manage conflict, influence, and negotiate with internal stakeholders
  • Must possess extensive reasoning skills including analysis, coordination, and innovation
