4. Improve route profitability by reducing stales and better ordering and execution, and eliminating losing routes as well as implementation of our new software for DSD

5. Improve upon Sales Reps and Merchandisers daily execution and service

6. Improving upon our DSD warehouse/depot operations

7. Improve upon companies image within the stores and trade market

8. Eliminate zero sales and declining sales by category

9. Our goal is simple, be #1 and not to take a back seat to competition

10. Minimum of 3 years experience in DSD

11. Minimum of 3 years DSD or other team management

12. Minimum of 3 years in the retail food industry, Direct Store Deliveries

13. Good Excel, Microsoft and other IT skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,248.00 - $65,081.00 per year
