As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will contribute to the company’s mission and vision by analyzing and evaluating nursing services to improve the quality of care provided. Under the supervision of a nurse manager or administrator, you will be responsible for supervising clinical staff and ensuring your clinical area is maintained properly.

What you will do in this role:

  • You will supervise and coordinate nursing care in the designated clinical unit

  • Ensure sufficient staffing and notify your staff of scheduling changes daily

  • You will be accessible to your staff in the clinical area and assists with their needs

  • You are responsible for monitoring the clinical area to ensure proper maintenance

  • Assists with development of policies, procedures and facility practices

  • You will ensure timely and accurate medical records documentation

  • You will assist with maintaining proper inventory levels and cost containment with labor and supplies

  • Assists with hiring staff, employee orientation and performance management

  • You will assist with coordinating staff training

Performing around 350 cases per month, our specialties include ENT, Orthopedics, GI, GYN, General Surgery, Breast Surgery, and Oculoplastics. Qualifications

Qualifications you will need:

  • Nursing Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a PACU or ICU setting; preferably in an ambulatory surgery center
  • Two years of supervisory experience
  • Additional specialty experience may be required as per facility practices (i.e. Pediatric, GI, etc)
