Crew Members are responsible for executing to the Dunkin Donuts’ operational standards. They are responsible for working as part of a team to meet the needs of our Guests, while providing a welcoming and inviting environment.

• Customer Service! Without our Guests, we wouldn’t be here. They’re our number one priority, always.
• Shows up for work as scheduled and is ready to work on time.
• Handles high pressure situations and is able to resolve customer concerns calmly, we can get pretty busy!
• Completes all required online training- you will be paid for completing our classes that teach all the basics.
• Contributes to inside and outside cleanliness standards- we all chip in and clean together.
• Greet all Guests when they enter and is actively attentive to their needs and special requests.
• Educates and makes suggestions for Guests on our products- we like to make their coffee and donuts experience even better than what they expected!
• Easy uniform- Jeans are allowed!
• Actively clean the front lobby and line after Guests- we like to show off with a clean store and awesome product so our Guests feel as welcome as possible.
• Shift examples: 4am-10am, 5am-11am

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.30 - $11.00 per hour
